Orders are processed, packed, and shipped Monday-Friday. We aim to ship orders within 3 business days of purchase. If you need special accommodations for an order, please email us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do for you!
We ship via UPS or USPS. We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders under $100; orders over $100 ship free. All orders come with a tracking number.
We ship to the 48 continental states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
We accept items purchased in-store or online for return in their original, unused condition and packaging for a full refund less original shipping fees within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
Sale items are final. All perishable/food items are non-returnable.
All orders are insured by the carrier - if an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with the carrier to pursue a refund.
