Estate: A limited number of our Estate Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is bottled each year. The Estate is beautiful expression of our Carmel Valley terroir, a story of land, sun, and time. This year’s Estate is bright green with aromas of basil and cinnamon and a lingering arugula pepper finish.
